Our History

J & W Body Repairs was established in 1974.  It was set up by Jack Shields who is still very much involved in the daily running of the business.

Jack’s daughters Maureen and Susan joined the company almost 25 years ago and their husbands are also involved, so it is very much a family run business.

Maureen says, “We find that our customers really like the fact that we are a family run company.  They can trust us. We are here if they have any concerns.  More importantly we all care about our work and this is reflected in the jobs we produce.  My Dad always reminds us that we are only as good as our last job.  He is right and this is a moto we apply to every job.”
